Brandon Plumb
Osteopath
For Brandon, osteopathy is more than a profession — it’s a vocation shaped by personal experience and a commitment to helping others reclaim their quality of life.
He completed his Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost.) at the University College of Osteopathy in London and brings over six years of manual therapy experience, including previous work as a sports massage therapist and strength and conditioning coach.
Brandon has worked extensively in elite and high-performance environments, serving as an S&C coach for professional soccer teams and treating athletes across professional soccer, MMA, bodybuilding, and endurance sports (including ultra-distance and marathon runners). He also manages a broad range of general presentations, from post-operative and post-accident rehabilitation to complex and persistent pain. His approach integrates hands-on osteopathic treatment with functional movement assessment, exercise rehabilitation, and education to create lasting outcomes.
He has particular interests in lower back and neck pain, shoulder injuries, headaches, running and sports-related injuries, women’s health considerations, and persistent pain. He has also completed further training in dry needling, IASTM, fascial release, and exercise rehabilitation.
Inspired by his own experience with spinal pain and sports injuries, Brandon’s practice is grounded in empathy, patient-centred care, and empowering individuals to regain confidence and function.
Today he enjoys working with people from all walks of life — from athletes and active individuals to those seeking to return to everyday activities with less pain and improved performance.
